I took my TJ out wheeling this weekend and the power steering fluid got hot and started puking everywhere. (It was only like 75 out side) I was climbing up a pretty big hill however. Anyway I am new the the whole TJ scene (been running landcruisers for awhile) is this kinda common in TJ's?

Also I installed a new radiator a few weeks back and it was plumbed for a auto tranny cooler (I have the 5 speed so I did not use it) couldn't I just plumb in the power steering and use that as a power steering cooler???

That is what i did, it added a bunch more fluid capacity and keeps it a little cooler. I run 37" tires and i need all the steering help i can get. I did have 35" tires and had the puking problem before, it just gets real hot in there. i also changed to synthetic fluid which is supposed to be able to work at higher temps.
