Just drive around with a bloodhoud dog and have him stick his head out the door. 1/2" teeth showing is about 30mph 1.5" is about 50mph. His lips should be flying up at full mast at about 55-60 don't go any faster you could hurt him. I actually had a similiar prob on mine and a little cleaner on the contacts and it went away sounds like yours is more complicated though.

Try pouring in more as you do it thats what your Haynes manual should say or just use a gear oil pump and suck most of it out if you pour in more as your buddy turns the wheel it never goes dry when the color changes your done

The thick skin refers to being able to take crap from other members of this board, not having to sift through crap to find some glimmer of information.

Now dont get me wrong, because Ive learned more from your site than any other one, but when looking for info, Ive had to sift through way more "stupid newbies" and "try the search button" replies from you guys than dumbass responses from this guy. Im not trying to stir things up, and I respect all of your experience and knowledge in the world of 4wheeling.
