The Concho 4 wheelers In San Angelo are having their annual fun in the sun run on July 6th at the Twin Buttes area
We will be meeting at the Wal-Mart Supercenter to register between 8-9 am.
There will be a hot dog lunch and a raffle at 1.
you can call me and i'll be more than happy to give out camping or hotel info. and i've got plenty of room to park trailers at the shop.
hope i can meet some pirates there.

You know something, I was totally joking but it got me thinking. Maybe at the end of the summer I could drive down and go wheelin' with ya. It's really not that far, 24 hour drive. That seems easy compared to California. I don't think I would be bringing the truck though.

Not this year Matt, but in the future I will bring the Bronco down for some wheelin. It has changed a lot since the last time you saw it.

where is this Twin Buttes area? I'm going to be in Austin for the 4th and might over if it's not too far. What is it about 5 hrs? I'm guessing it's near San Angelo. Well let me know see if can make it out there

Rob, we'd love to see you again. ANd yes it has changed alot since you were here. The resevior is at about 4% right now so there is lots of rocks out of the water and we've built lots of new trails on the backside.

Ben, the twinn buttes area is just outside of the San angelo city limits. We will meet at Wal Mart to register between 8-9 and then head out Mertzon Hwy to the trail head.
We'd love to have you come up and wheel with us. Even if you can't bring your rig i'm sure that someone would be more than happy to rid with you.
In fact Nevada, our club president, is always looking for someone to ride with him. Nobody around here is brave enough:p

well go figure I blew my front driveshaft driving down to austin so I won't be making it unfortunately. Hopefully sometime soon though.
