I'm doing the same thing. I stopped in at Rubicon Express in Rancho Cordova and they said I need the 4 springs, bump stops and rear sway bar end links.
Re1352 Coil springs front 179.95
Re1353 Coil springs rear 179.95
Re1395 Bump stops front 24.95
Re1383 Bump stops rear 33.95
Re1156 Sway bar extention link rear 31.95
440.75 + tax 34.16 = $474.91
How's that for a complete answer. Rubicon Express 858-8575

blysccr 01-17-2008, 06:16 AM well, on even smaller obstacles my tires really come up into the fender. i know you don't want to be super high, for risks of rolling over, but tube fenders are not in the near future. what would you guys recommend?
smokd 01-17-2008, 06:35 AM I recommend going with the 5.5 springs!

my buddy has a body lift and i don't like the way it drives then
rockdw22 01-18-2008, 09:25 AM  what? it won't drive any different
jeeper8650 01-18-2008, 10:31 AM dude dont lift it any more. Simply limit your up travel so that the tires do not hit the fenders. Rockcrawling is all about down travel.

Exactly.

You dont need to go taller. I run OME springs which get me about 3", a spacer up front to help offset the weight of the winch, and JKS 1.25 BL and run 35s with no problems at full stuff. Also my pile doesnt drive any different now with a 1.25" BL as it did before. Id tell you to keep your 4.5" springs.
blysccr 01-18-2008, 04:25 PM i see where you guys are coming from. he has a 1.5 or 1.25 and it's different than mine, but idk, maybe it's other factors. i've been looking into it, and the stuff is only like, 4 shipped, but then i have never adjusted pinion angles, so that could be pricey. i'll look into some spacers(my other buddy has some billet adjustable ones that he never used) and maybe stick my trail cage on. thanks for the great info
