Hi

I wanna go 4.1 on both my Salisburys, and I understand I can use Dana60 aftermarket R&P...However I´ve been told I need different bearings...Any info on this? Already have Dana60 ARBs on standard 3.54 Salis ratio...

The pinion nose bearing and the pinion flange are the only things you would need to change. The cone is an HM88644 the cup is an HM88610. Unless you get a custom pinion flange you'll need to switch to a U Bolt style pinion flange. This provides you an opportunity to upgrade your driveshaft to 1310's 1350's 1410 U joints.

I thought that for 4.1 and higher number (lower ratio) used a different ARB then on the 3.54???

Up to 4.10, they use the same carrier. 4.11 and above (or down, depending upon how you look at it), requires a different carrier and presumably, the different locker.
