You're going to need a 2wd box. Search crossover steering. This has been covered a shit ton here. Good luck.

you had better go back and get the d side knuckle too. the tie rod tapers dont match their dirrection.

you will need a 2wd box or at least the output /sector shaft if you want to tear your box all apart.

you can use a 77+ ford van arm but it will not line up like it should but it is livable, i have it on mine.

I can't imagine why anyone would waste the time putting crossover on a D44. The money wasted there should be saved for a Dana 60 front.

really... i am crossovering my 10b front without any pain...

parts for the job i ordered from wfo concepts, just havent got those yet.. shipping to here will take some time... price for those is less than used d60 :)

sure you could but it would be WAY more work and likely more money than changing to a 2wd box..... as said earlier ALL the info you need for this is already posted..... quit being lazy and search for it

on the older knuckles the tierod tapers are top down. the 76+ ish and 10b knukles are taper bottom up.

and it you want a cheap cross over drag link, use a 10b tierod, the hollow tube it easy to re-tap and you can just buy a r/h tap intead of both.
