I have recieved several calls regaurding the purchase of Timbren bolsters as bump stops.
So I figured I would post some info to make help customers decide what best fits their needs.
Please do not hesitate to call the shop at 866-556-9197 or PM with any questions.
Be sure to mention Pirate 4x4 for the best price.

I have been using these for quite some time and they do work nice. I used some 1/4 plate and welded 2" square stock to it so it could be unbolted easily. They do compress a bit, so with that in mind I have 3.75" between the timbren bump and the top of my spring plate. These were taken off of a wrecked Dakota. They have an uncompressed physical size of 3.5"wide x 3.75"tall. The overall height of the complete unit with my mount is 6".
Not the best pic, but you get the idea. I can take more pics if anyone needs more detail.

FWIW, Im running the 515-55 all around. Light rig (2700), leaf springs, 5" up travel in front, 7" in the back. I will be changing the 515-55 for 65's in the front, they are just a touch too soft. Im heavily front weight biased, ~1600/1100.

Wrangler LJ on 60's mostly used for trail running but probably a little on the fast side. little short on front up travel @4" . I'm still using the factory front bump stop mounts. send prices too. sprung weight 1700 in front and 1400 rear. thanks.

Needs quotes for the following:
(2) A530-65
(2) A180-75
Do you have any insight as to which of those would work better under the rear of a leaf sprung 1 ton TJ? I have stock XJ leaves(which are flat at ride height) so I can only have a bit of uptravel(maybe 2-3 in).
Would there be any problem with a longer travel bump that is always touching the spring plate while driving normally?
Also, shipped to 23454
