Here are some photos of a 4 door wrangler that we finished. The idea behind this build was a lift but with a twist. The customer wanted a SkyJacker lift but wanted coil-overs rather than coils and shocks. The reason for this was by using coil-over air shocks he could install a manifold inside the jeep to adjust ride height. So we installed the 6'' kit minus the springs and removed all the old spring and shock mounts. If you seen under the rear, there are large coil mounts that have to be removed . Once that was done we fabbed up some real nice sheet metal brackets for the front and rear. On the front it was straightforward. Just cycle the axle and find it's limits which were 12''. On the rear we got 14''. The next step was to articulate the axle and find the best spot to mount the shocks. We went with 12'' fox coil-over airs on the front with a spring rate of 250 LB and on the rear we used a 14'' fox coil-over airs and a spring rate of 225 LB. On the rear shocks it was a bit more involved as we had to build strong mounts with no flex and not use up the rear bed with a large cross bar. As you can see in the photos the mounts weld to the inside of the frame and one side of a frame cross member. There will also be a seal to close out the environment on the rear shocks. All in all it came out real nice as Justin threw down some clean welds and it has a good ride with 35'' tires. The next steep will be his manifold.
