with a ram.

I replaced my PS pump with a PSC one (thanks Pendy). Sometimes it works well, then others it will simply die. A good rev of the motor usually works, but sometimes I have to get the truck going a little. I bled the system out the top of the box. Is there anything else I can do? Is there a way to bleed the ram?

I am going to have a PS pully machined to be smaller to speed up the pump as I think the engine idles too low for it, but that won't solve the cavitating. Thanks.

Loosen the fittings at the ram connections momentarily? Call PSC about it.

Matt Peterson once told me to put the front axle on jack stands and turn the wheel back and forth a gazillion times to bleed it. This is also best done before the motor is cranked up once you've replaced the fluid.

We just cycle the steering lock-to-lock a few times, seems to work for full hydro & normal PAS.

Call PSC!?! This from the great Pendy? You have been demoted to demigod. :flipoff2: What is the model number of that pump?

Demi is fine! It is possible to have pump problems so don't be afraid to check in with them.

SP1200X Reverse Rotation

You ready for your other parts. They are rounded up now. I bet you need a wrench also.

Thanks, I am good on the wrench, but need the grill to debut my super awesome 90 degree approach front end.
