Anybody converted front Chev 60 King Pin from a dually to a single wheel? Im not sure of what parts are required and if I want to upgrade to 35 spline outers is now the time because everything is going to be different?
Thanks
Josh
you can either get the hubs from a single rear wheel truck or i saw a post on machining the ones on it down.

With the hub and rotor from a single wheel it is a simple swap. The brakes, spindles, and bearings are the same. Machining them down is not very easy but can be done.

How much wider are the dually hubs? I need to space my wheels out wider on my front Chevy 60 and want to find out how wide the dually hubs would make it.

Just remember that once you grind down the caliper you can't use it for a core when you need to replace it. On mine I ground down first, than rebuilt it. You don't want to grind down another set of calipers when yours fail....and yes they will fail!!
