ok, so ive swapped in my csb 350 and have started the wiring prosses. so i have been told, the only set of wires i need are the ones that come out of the fire wall, i have found plugging these in, i have light's heater fan, and voltage gauge! what wires i need are the solenoid, temp, fuel gauge(though i know were that is) and oil pressure. as far as i know the wire to the solenoidwill relay 12v to the starter and the motor should turn over! i dont know what to do with the wire that messures the amout of fuel in the tank, though i know were the wire is and also the gauge!

any help would be great! i know its kinda a pathetic post but this is my first real big project, i was supposed to get some help from a friend, but as i started this project found he was sleeping with my girl friend, so double wammy so to speak!

what ive done so far is full with dana 44 front with detroit true track, 12 bolt rear with detroit locker, 4.88 gears, csb 350, sm465, np205, but still need to bring all the little peices to gether!

There is a yellow wire that comes out of a grommet on the firewall, just a hair to the drivers side behind the distributor. I can see it in your first pic. It's oval shaped. That yellow wire is your start/run wire. That needs to go to the starter solenoid I beleive. As for the temp, if I remember right it's a purple/yellow stripe wire coming out of the bulkhead connector on the drivers side....same area as your wires you got the lights/heater fan. If your staring at the bulkhead from the front of the rig...it will be in the set of wires to the left side of that bulkhead. All the right side wires you should not need to touch. The oil pressure gauge is controlled by the grey/yellow stripe wire coming out of the same area on the bulkhead.
