I just got my CCW and need a holster. I was wondering if anybody used these 3 and if you did, do you like them or have a better suggestion? I want a IWB for my glock 27.

I have one of these - makes the baby glock disapear. Very comfortable.

There is a post in here somewhere where Doc tells you how to make your own. I don't have that kind of time...

I have a list of holsters and still havent found one I am 100% happy with. My favorite so far is the K&D Holsters Cochise for IWB. Being winter, I have found OWB to be much more comfortable and easy to conceal with a jacket or sweatshirt.

x2 on that, although I ended up drilling an extra hole in one of the belt clips to get a bit more cant to it (might not be an issue with a Glock, mine's not). Started trying to make my own a while back, and didn't have any scrap pieces of anything that I could figure out how to effectively vacuum form, and it wasn't worth going crazy trying.

Another recommendation for the C-TAC. If you're carrying IWB, it's the best thing EVER.

A close second is anything in the style of your first holster - similar to the Milt Sparks Watch Six and Versa-Max II. Good choices. :)

Thought about OWB?? I carry the 27 OWB, more comfortable to me that way. If you buy the right holster and don't wear tight shirts you will be fine. You will notice a slight bulge but people never pay attention. Looks like a cellphone on my hip.

This is the one I use: http://www.safariland.com/product.aspx?pid=527

Carries the gun high in the holster and when you carry it at about 3 or 4 o'clock its really comfortable.

Got to agree with the OWB.
One of the biggest things to consider with any holster is if you can secure the weapon with one hand?
I've never seen an IWB that it can be done.

I also carry my XD in a c-tac and love it. It also looks like the m-tac would be really comfortable.

There is a HUGE difference in commfort level between the regular c-tac and the m-tac. I've had both.

 the m-tac by a mile. sometimes, like in the truck after an hour or so, I honestly have to check to see if it's still there.

Been looking (and reasearching and looking, ect. LOL ) for a holster for my XD-45. Anyone have any feedback on these guys?...

http://www.simplyrugged.com/leather_goods/index.html

Interested in the Tribute model with the inside out straps. Gives me the options of IWB, OWB and cross draw.

They also have a chest rig that will adapt to the holster for even more options to carry.

The product looks good, has good reviews on the site (of course ) and the pricing seems really good.

Might be a question for another thread, but, any opinions on cross draw carry? For me personally this seems like it will be the most comfortable. Even at the cost of some conceal-ability.

Thanks
