If you mean that you want them to try and be a close match to your hood and body try researching Duplicolor for the original color in a rattle can. They do a good job at matching but of course if the original is faded or weathered you will be hard pressed to anyone to match it up. If that is the case and this is for off road use then rattle can the whole Jeep. If you bump or scratch which you will using it off road you can spray the scratch/dent easy enough.
Search this site for how to rattle can your whole Jeep. Gui wrote it and is and excellent write up and easy to do.

It all in the prep work. I painted my tube fenders a slightly darker shade of gray to avoid color matching. Make sure the surface is clean, I used denatured alcohal, then I used self ecthing primer and duplicolor paint from Kragen's. Make sure the metal isn't to cold Then wet sand with 2000 grit and wax and polish. Mine came out looking nice. Don't use really cheap paint. I wouldn't have them painted I would have them powdercoated for durability, but more costly I got quotes for about $175 a fender
