What alloy are the stock ones made of, and what kind of heat treating do they have?
Just curious.

just curious but seeing as how it is a square cross section would it be beneficial to radius or curve the edges to releave stress?

Only the body is square. The journals all have .060" radius in the corner. That is more than the stock ujoint have.
