anyone on here running a ord 203/205? i got a 203 for free from a 74 blazer, and i'm looking for the 205 now, i want to make sure i get one that will work best with my 727 tf.

i read some previous posts on the ord kit, seems like everyone is happy with it..... pros/cons?

also, has anyone done the fab work themselves? the main parts don't seem like they would be too tough to fab up with the proper machine work...

did ya search??:flipoff2:
Oh well...here goes, you need a 203 that will bolt up to your 727 via a tailhousing, the obvious choice is a Dodge power wagon, the 150 and 250 should have a 203 the 350 should have a 205, but I have seen 350s with 208s and D44 front so go figure. Not really a dodge expert anyway.

Once you have the t/c and the tail housing, you need to tear down your 727 (read:rebuild) and swap the tailhousings, then you can bolt the 203 directly to the tf727....the rest is just like any other doubler, you will need to machine an adapter and the shaft of the 203 to mate the 2 together. If you have not already done so I would look at the ORD or wagoneer machine's kits. I believe wagoneer will piece meal their kit if all you wanted was say a shaft.

Next time search, and you better be keeping the HP60 if you are going doubler :flipoff2:
