I completely dismantled the 90 (which is strewn about the garage now). Sold off almost everything I did not need (to the tune of about $10,000). The TDi is on the way over from the UK, and the crawler box will be ordered in the next few days (although may not be here before Nat. Rally).

I just ordered some custom springs from Rovertym. Going with 220 lbs/inch fronts at 5" lift over stock (like long OME 764's), and 250 lbs/inch rears with same 5" over stock (slightly lighter duty than OME 755's but longer). I will give some feedback when they get in and on the truck, which is just a rolling chassis waiting for the TDi right now. Also going with some Bilstein 7100 remotes (12" travel front and rear) with the heaviest valving (I think 360/80's).

FWIW this is the exact set up in 3in that I have on my RR and I have been very happy with it.

I am still thinking about trying the SP1/2 set up on the disco but I have not yet been motivated enough to do it.
