Steering boxs are the same on pretty much any 80s early 90s Ford Truck, SUV, and Vans.

If it looks like this then youll be fine.

This is actualy not all that hard. you can use the 2x4 frame they are the same
I did this to a 1991 f 350. I used all the stock ford parts. I just got the shackle mounts ft and rear and shackles from ford bolted them on added the track bar mount. the steering box is the same. you will need longer brake lines. also on a side note the factory has the shackles in the frount, so i changed them with a shackle reversal kit. as for the t-case you can go mated with the stock parts. my truck is a extra cab so I went with a divorced 205 on mine so I could eliminate the 2 piece drive shaft in the rear and get a better front drive shaft angle. and you will have to cut a hole in the floor for the shifter. the truck works great. I used a dana 60 ft and swaped out the rear for a dana 70. I used 4.88 gears and 38" tires. I did this when the truck had 12Miles on it  hope this helps. I still have this truck and have had no problems with it

i just cut my stuff off of my 89 f350 4x with a 460 and put it on my new to me 2wd f250 with a diesel, frames are the exact same except theres not a spot for the front shackle (but i have a shackle reversal, so it didnt matter)
