This is a Turbo 350 tranny to Toyota 21 spline transfer case adapter from Adv. Adapters(this is what I was told from prev. owner)... Parting out old truck and goin with a 22RE rig so I don't need this anymore.

Sounds good header was gonna be temp. fix anyways... Not interested in Dana 300 case, sorry! New rig is all toyota stuff I have almost everything I need to complete it.(sans wheels+tires)

It will fit that tcase, the only tcases that weren't 21 spline were the turbo models (22RTE)
