ok, she runs fine up until about 50 - 60 mph gas pedal still at same spot, then it feels like its out of gas, as soon as I let off the gas it goes again right before the gas pedal is completely disengaged. I engage it again and it goes just a pinch un till the same ting happens again, then it starts to jerk, like if someone were too hammer off and on the gas pedal.

Replaced fuel filter and running the best gas there is. about to change plugs, wires, cap and rotor but before i do so, any suggestions?
if that doesnt work fuel pump and carb rebuild

I think you have it pretty narrowed down...I would suggest it is either running the bowl dry(so the float needs to be adjusted) or the fuel pump is bad...I would also do plugs wires caps and rotor anyways though:D

It's not getting enough fuel would be my best guess. had the same problem myself and replaced everything from the ignition and fuel system. Finally replaced an O2 sensor and exhaust to cure it.

Ding Ding Ding, Bigdude wins a fabulous all expense paid vacation to Maui, i am 99.9995% sure thats your prob, but i would go so far as to replace the exhaust, just the O2 censor
