I know people are usually bias to what they have but what are benefits to sidedraft carbs(wild bore kit) over the factory efi on a 16 valve?
I'm getting ready to send my harness off for mods but wondering if the advertised, runs at any angle even upside down, is true about the sidedraft carbs? if so a carbed setup is alotn easier to work on/

I have the EFI, I personally hate carbs, there only easier to work on when things are working correctly, I hate when a carb goes otuta spec.

The problem with most carbs is altitude change. Even if your carb is perfect where you live, it won't be perfect at 8or9,000ft. If you have everything for the EFI, just do it and be done with it.

I dunno - I emailed the guy about the wild bore shit on as well as pm'ing him on here - no response to either in over a week and a half - good luck on that deal.

Have you considered the Harley Davidson carb conversions?

Petroworks
