It Didnt but I just got back from dropping the Flywheel off at the machine shop they looked at it and said the last machine shop didnt cut it correctly and thats why It didnt last they didnt cut the outer step so it never seated properly Autozone replaced the pressure plate, Disk and T/B no Questions asked I only had maybee 100 miles on all of it. just driving no slippage put it in the Rocks it would just heat up and slip also found the Howling noise is the input shaft bearing.

I go through an autozone clutch every year... but they haven't said no to the warranty replacements in the last 6 years. But they do suck big time. Time to change to a stock unit or a petroworks HD unit. The Centerforce will only be worth the money if you constantly wheel in high revs... That is what they are designed for. Low revs - they revert to a standard style clutch.

I've had my Centerforce for 4 years and I wheel a lot. I rock crawl mostly (low rpm's) and the thing still works great. I'm hard on it too, I've smoked it a few times. I would have to say it works better than stock. Not trying to start an arguement Bill, just my opinion.

I had a Centerforce Gold for about 4 years, it was a great clutch. I replaced it with a Sachs Heavy Duty, which turned out to be so :rainbow: that I pulled it out after a couple thousand miles and replaced it with a Petroworks clutch. I've had that in for 2-3 years and it has proven to be the best clutch I've had. I've never even been able to smoke it once. The Sachs, on the other hand, would smoke itself during normal daily driving and could hardly get my zuk started on a hill in high range.

I run a Centerforce I behind my 1.6 (1.3 flywheel & clutch). It has a much softer pedel than the stock clutch had, it also has very consistant engagement. I do almost exclusivly rocks, and with this clutch I can stop on a steep climb, hold, then continue forward. All without touching the brakes, just using the clutch.

I've got about 6 months of hard wheelin on it now. Including Arizona, Moab, and numerous trips to Disney. I've never smoked or had it fade on me once.

That's my $.02.. :)
