Here are a few pictures of the three available models.

The chassis 1.5"x.120 wall round tube "Chassis" being fully TIG welded.

Here are the 14 ga. mild steel drawers being laser cut. Then sent to the CNC press brake for all bending operations.

I went by and seen the tool box chassis yesterday at Western Fabrication. The engineering that went into this design is amazing. The tig welding is also top notch. Brett told me that they would be having the graffics on the tool box done by one of the best guys in the industries (Brett King). This thing is going to be bad ass!!

Alright, things are finally starting to come together on the toolbox. The box has been completely assembled then stripped down and sent to powder coat and paint. Here are a few pictures of the box being assembled, and a few lousy pics of the beginning stages of the paint.

Damn, Now I might have to rethink our race strategy. That thing is Cool.:homer:
