Yeah, I'll bet that search burried you in hits. :D
The answer is no. Some had 16 splines, and (IIRC) there were a rare few with 35(?). But, from what I've seen/heard, most had 30...

Cool thanks
Yea I did a search for *D60* or *Dana 60* and *spline* and it came up with a few but nothing informative.

Now I may be wrong on this but I dont believe any FF60 came with 35 spline stock shafts but there were a few that did come with the larger spindle size(that can slide 1.5" 35 spline shafts right in)...but for the most part they have 30 spline shafts...:D

Yeah, I thought you had to bore out all (most?) of them to get the 35 spline D70(?) axles in. But, a week or two ago I saw a post here where someone mentioned "rare" D60s with more than 30 splines. Don't remember if they said 32 or 35 but it was not refuted. That's the only reason I posted it, although I did indicate I wasn't sure. I've never been that fond of a D60FF anyway, so haven't paid that much attention to them. I like my C14FF much better for the full size rigs, V8s and bit tires I like.

All the 60's I got had 30 spline.
Just about every 70 I saw had 35 spline.

there are some rare 5 on 5 1/2 bolt pattern FF 35 spline 60's from the factory, someone was selling one about a week ago. Read about some in the mags also, but they said they were 5 on 4 1/2...which i don't believe. I will give you my FF 16 spline rear 60 for free!!!!!!!!!!!! take it!!!!!!!!!

Look in a mid-70's G300 Chevy Van with 125" or 146" wheel base. they have 35 spline shafts in a D-60.

Those were SF, but they were 5 on 5 1/2. I have seen a FF 35 spline D60. Came out of a GM motorhome.

What year motor home?

I have an 80' Minnie Winnie, may need to "borrow" the rear before I upgrade!:D

Not sure exactly, it was sitting on the floor of the shop at the salvage yard when I saw it. I did notice it had the same style e-brake cables (the kind that bolt on) as the '77 GMC that donated it's 14 bolt for my truck, so I'd guess it was around the same year.
