Is the front axle a 44 or a 60? Either way high steer is your best option. With that much lift, your drag link in the stock location is going to limit flex and steering even with a bent drag link. You may also want to do high-steer now to. Just my .2cents.

My 79 f-250 is pretty much stock and i'm considering crossover steering. It's the only way to go in my opinion.

Skyjacker makes an offset drag link, crossover steering would be the better way to go though. What's the intended use of the truck? If it's just a mall crawler or show truck then you might be able to live with the stock push-pull setup, anything else start by searching crossover/highsteer.
