well its time i put some new tires on my b2, so ive decided on 2 types...
Dunlop Radial Mud Rover

or the Super Swamper Radial SSR

what ones would you guys get for mostly dirt/mud and some rocks, maybe a little highway time.... also this is really newbish but how wide/tall of a tire can i run before they rub the frame while turning? im putting a 3" body lift on it aswell so i was hoping to get a 30 or 31 under it but dunno how wide i can go with stock wheels

i had the dunlops, cheapo tire worked OK.. i run interco TRXUS and absolutely love them! take a hell of a beating and havent cu tthem yet, even at 40 PSI in sharp rocks ( obviously a stupid scenario) theyre cheap too.. heard alot of hate for those SSRs too

3" body lifts give you more clearance, but look kinda stupid (in other words, real wheelers think your lame), and can be dangerous.
It also raises your center of gravity.
If it's as you say, look into trimming the fenders for clearance....
Before you start thinking about trying simply see how much you'll need to lift it to fit certain size tires, you should research your axles first.
28" tires & running rig will wheel way better than 31" tires with a broken R&P or shaft on the trail.
Do some searches.
Do searches for other vehicles similar to yours & read up on their builds...
Often you'll see pix & it will give you a good idea.

run the ssr tires but then again I also liked the trxus.Body lifts are not as bad as everyone makes them out to be(as long as there dong right),but its no lift kit.I am sure your not into cutting up the fenders sooo in your situation I would run the body lift(most people have a body lift on there shit too on here).

I've had experience with the dunlops, and they do pretty good for the price. I like my MTR's better. They burn off well though!

i found the ssr to really suck after about 70 % and there heavy the truxus are a really good all around tire way better than the dunlops with out a doubt if there is little hwy time the ltb 34" is a very aggressive tire for a good price as well but will not be smooth on the road ....

from my understandings a body lift is better then a suspension due to COG, keeping everything as low as posible. the axles will hold up to 35's with the 4.56 gears im dropping in... the reason why i asked about fitting the tires is so i could get an idea on trimming and if ill need wheel spacer/new wheels with more back spacing...

Any lift will give you a higher center of gravity.
My point was that your better off just trimming (if you can) than adding a lift.
Search.
