I thought since I delt with this guy in person a few yrs. ago I could trust him on another deal. This time for a diff, long distance. I bought a 4cyl. diff from him with a detroit and 5.29's cryo'd for $600. Shipping on my FedEx acc. . He said in pm's he'd pull it mon or tues of the next week. I gave him a week, I know how things go...it's been over a month since he accepted the paypal funds. I canelled the sale and PayPal was investigating and he never sesponded. They only got me $171.83 back out of this. He hasn't been on here since our last PM but accepted the funds a day or so later...I asked about a week later in a Pm...I have all the PM's from our communcation up to the point of him disappearing.

Anyone know him or do I have to find him.

I hate people that rip others off, if you cannot make honest money, at the very least you better make sure you are not screwing people on a site like this one!

I found quite a bit of info on him and other people he does business with. I'm gonna hold off posting it here for now....even though it isnt very hard to find.

It has been over a month, but let's give him a couple of days and see what results from these calls. If that doesnt get a response...then the Wenzeling will commence. :evil:

I called his cell that we found but got a recording with his name on it at about 6pm (central). I left a message restating my phone # and said we needed to get things situated. I'll wait a day or so then try the work #.

Pretty much back to to excuses and delays. I sent him an email last Friday telling him that he had until this Friday (giving him another week and a day) to get Nick the money back.

Nick paid him Jan 13th. We are coming up on 6 weeks. If he hasn't fixed this by Friday, it's gloves off and the Wenzeling begins.

He said Friday that he sent it via PayPal, but there is nothing that has come into Nicks account as of Sat. night. :rolleyes:

I told him to send a cashiers check Monday and send the tracking number via email Monday. He agreed to do that.

I sent another e-mail just now..I hate to be a dick but there has been no PayPal activity as he claimed on friday and no e-mail previous to the one I just sent....

I guess I might have to tell those people that offered a visit him (and I turned down) that I changed my mind . (I thought things were on track to resolution-2 weeks ago)
