Not sure if he sells the whole kit. I just bought the brackets. I plan on using regular front calipers w/an E-Brake mounted on the transfer case. He also has a web site. Drop him a line. :D Shaker Built (http://www.shakerbuilt.com/)

Hadn't checked out his site in a while. He has a good article on doing the conversion. Lists part #'s needed for calipers.14 Bolt disc write up (http://www.shakerbuilt.com/14_Bolt.html)

If you have other plans for an E-brake just do your own rear disk. Just did this swap on a Dually 14 bolt and a D70. Only difference is the rotor selection. For the 14 bolt you want 75 Chevy 3/4ton front rotors. Any GM/Jeep front 1/2 ton caliper support bracket, 1/2 ton calipers and pads. Cut the bottom of the caliper support to match the axle tube and then weld. Poof done! Rear disk for $150

I got the kit the other day. The brackets are STOUT to say the least:eek: I need to get the 73', 3/4 ton rotors, pads, and calipers tomorrow.
I'll be doing a review on the kit and the whole swap within a few weeks. Check the front page for info.

Hey mang! Can any of you guys with that style caliper bracket, mounted specificly to a 14 bolt tell me the width (depth, thickness etc.) of the shims/washers/spacers? It appears to be about .775-.800, on my setup. I made mine though, and ended up welding tabs onto the diff to offset the caliper brackets. A guy in the business is planning on mass producing a kit, but he and I would like to know how much offset the bracket is off the 14 bolt spindle...

Thanks fellas.
Chad.

i used these brackets on mine:

http://www.geocities.com/gettin_deep/disc.html

i found lotsa guys selling them for $100 and less, and i went with this guys because he gives you a single aluminum spacer to space out the bracket from the flange, instead of 4 small ones around the 4 bolts. i think this a much stronger setup quality is excellent.

not that a person shoulndt buy shakers kit,as it also looks top quality, and a very nice write up.just a personal choice for me cause i wanted a single spacer.
