Not trying to step on any toes here, but I think Advance Adapters is considering an adapter to fit one of their Atlas transfer cases to the ZF trans. They wanna get a feel for the demand. I know Krazzle was working on this but not sure how that worked out so.... If you're interested post up or give em a call. Front digs are the shit!:smokin:

Tell Matt that there is a demand, but he probably won't see it much here. The ratio of hard-core crawlers to regular 'ol trucks is pretty low I think right now.

I could be wrong, but I think they ought to develop it anyway. :flipoff2:

Are they planning on making the rear output offset?

Are they planning on making the rear output offset?

Two years ago I spoke with the Atlas guy at the SEMA off-road show and he made it clear to me then that they had no interest in making an offset case.

After that conversation, I've been really surprised at all the talk about them.

You don't need one. Even with the stock axle, it doesn't mind the angle. Of course, putting a rover axle behind an Atlas is pretty pointless.

How so?

80" wheel base would most definately mind the angle.

that would be nice if they did it. when i talked to AA they basically told me to take a hike.

Summit Racing is finalizing the plans for one. It has taken time to make sure the stub shaft is fitted perfect. I've supplied them will all the nessicary parts to ensure a quality fit. The Final product should come out nice. ETA is "2 weeks" :D

ETA is "2 weeks" :D

:lmao:

I called one of my vendors first week in january to place an order. Was very specific about needing a certain item for a customer. "No problem, be two weeks"

Yesterday I was told my order would be shipping next week...... with out the specific item I wanted and the main reason I went ahead and ordered everything from them to begin with :shaking:

Ah well, luckily my customers know its all outside of my hands.

Is the adaptor actually being produced and by whom? Is Summit Racing actually going to produce one and for how much? Ive heard people continue to talk about it but have yet to see it or heard of it being installed and used. Can anyone shed some light on the situation?
