Find a shop that works with sheet metal(central air installers some machine shops)and they should be able to bend one up fairly reasonably.

The dealer.... if I remember right, the best I could find them for was $90ish.

You didn't say if this was a factory v-8 setup. If it is all of the above options are viable. If it's a swap get ahold of Vintage Air. They do a lot of street rod stuff. They're catalog tells you how to measure for a custom fit HDPE plastic shroud. My brother used one on his flatty with a v-8 and custom radiator. Bolted on in minutes and looks factory.

there is a dealorship in Arkansas, I cant recall the name, the dude is/was anm active member of the ORC BBS I think

he could get them damn cheap..
