ok, this is hard for me but i think its time to part with my first car.

General:
1977 cj7
120k on chassis
about 20k on rebuilt 258
th400 tranny
quadra-trac TC
amc 20 rear diff, i think the front is a dana 35

Engine:
the story on the engine is i got a good deal on a buddy parting out his totaled cj7, he had the lower end rebuilt and i bought it and finished the rest. I tore it down to the block and crank and pistons, new parts include:
distributor
ICM (ignition control module)
Ignition coil
battery
new valve springs and valve seals
valve job done
new gaskets everywhere
headman header
and cleaned a painted AMC red and flat black
new gas tank
thermostat
fuel sending unit

Driveline:
TH400 has never given me problems i just recently had the fluid and filter changed,

Quadratrac TC is pretty rare from what i hear. it does have the low range reduction unit on it as well.

Diffs, i did replace leaky pinion seals but all is good now.

Suspension: replace front leafs with factory, new nitrogen shocks all around, steering stabilizer.

New tires all around, BIG O A/T's 33x12.50 r15

soft top is in good shape. back seat included. york ac compessor included and not installed, came with ac but i took it out and kept the compressor to use as a on board air compressor.

I will get pictures up asap, i dont want to sell it but is the only reasonable thing to do. shoot me some offers or just tell me what its worth
thanks

ok i knew i forgot some stuff,

i'll go ahead and give you the bad.

there is a knock when the engine is at idle but i found that to be the *NEW* flex plate to torque converter.

the steering column rubs somewhat on the *NEW* vacuum brake booster.

The Good
there is a *NEW* body lift, the spacers are 3 in. and the bushings and washers between the bushings add almost a full inch.

There is no cat converter and it has a genuine flowmaster 40 series muffler fully welded mounted under the skidplate

the inside of the tub is not rhinolined but its is the same type of lining.

there is very minimal body rust and zero frame rot.

now for the pictures.

sorry for the lighting, i just took these 10 minutes ago with my phone.

Id say 2,000-2,500 in todays market. A couple years ago, wouldve brought more... but selling vehicles sucks now.
edit: this considering a rust-free body, frame, etc...
