I am about to put a ford 9 in my yj. I am planning to soa with stock rear springs and inch or so shackle in the rear. I was wondering if any one knows the good pinion angle for this setup. With or w/o sye whatever info you have would be great. Can I just point the 9" yoke at the t-case output? Any help would be great.

wow do a search....
no SYE: pinion angle should be parallel to the TC output
with SYE: pinion should be a degree or two below pointing at the TC output
do a search in the future or this list will be rough on you

point the pinion at the T-case then from there point the pinion down 2 degrees, and you will need a SYE for the angle and you will also need a traction bar if you run stock YJ srpings, you might wanna consider an add-a-leaf in your YJ springs to keep them from sagging. good luck this is a time consuming swap.:skull:
