Just got done putting the 700r4 in it, updated rear to 30 spline with detroit locker. Now i'm looking for anyone who knows the best way or information on the front IFS to Solid axle. I know everyone seems to do it there own way each time, but i'm looking for warnings and tips. Any sites for this swap would be helpfull to. Thanx

Have you thoroughly searched this site yet? I think not if you are asking this question.
Spend some time with the search feature and then check back.

One of the nicest ones to date that I've seen is the guy with the dark blue one. He used a Dana 44 Wagoneer front end and a Rodeo Dana 44 with discs in back. I think he used a 241 passenger drop out of a late 80's early 90's Blazer or Sub. His truck is nicely done, I think he is from Colorado.

x2, he did an exceptionally clean and well fabricated job.
He used the stock t-case with a driver's side drop Waggy D44 front axle.

That site seems dead these days. I posted my build on there and got 2 responses. So I really gave up on it. It used to be sweet.

You are so right on both counts! I stand corrected on the t-case. A well thought out and executed build.
