Very cool. I know it's tight as I have mocked up the hub/rotor etc before. That rear rotor seems to solve the only problem I had, lack of a proper offset rotor to use. I didn't like turning the webs off the backside of the hub but you don't really have any other options and although it weakens the hub, there is probably enough meat left over. The second set of brackets look pretty good, I know this is just a one-off, but I think the backets might sell very well if you were to mass produce them. I'm not too keen on grinding the swivel ball through, but there really isn't much space, is there...
Thnaks for posting the link...

Hi JL, I drilled pilot holes on the grinded mockup swivel housing to see what material was left, the result was that there is more than enough material at that point, about 5mm, infact i would not have done it if they got really thin, those housings have a really thick casting.
Regarding the hub, i know about the webbing but as you rightly pointed out they are pretty beefy and there was no way of getting the right dimentions for it all to work. What i can do is section a junk one in half and see what material remains after machining just for kicks.
Thanks for comments.

Why didnt you use coilsprung hubs? The other ones I have seen used them.

Simple, the disc ended up in the wrong position, leaving me with no space to squeeze the bracket.

Guess I should have taken a closer look at how the other brackets were done.
