Putting an old Spidertrax quarter elliptical kit on my rig - actually the entire back half of the frame...

Got this for up travel:

is that down stressing the spring too much and I should limit it some? Would like to not break it.

i ran that setup for about a year with no limits and it worked very well not one problem with it...its got mad flex
