I have seen people "say" they have V8s in there can I see some pictures? Specs? I am trying to decide the whether to do it or not.

i know there are a couple guys here with em...but you should check naxja....i can think of 3 ppl off hand on that board with 350s, that post often.
its really not much different than any other v8 swap.
your crossmember will end up about 3inches forward of its stock position if you use a 700r4.
ill try to answer anything specific question you have, as i have this swap pretty much blueprinted.

I looked at an XJ with 350, it fit very well there is more room in the engine compartment then I would of guessed. The radiator looked to be out of a Nova or other older V-8 car, old would not be tough to get to a parts store and look at one of there catalogs to find one that would fit. Tranny and transfer case are down to personal choice.

forgot to add...Adv. Adp. has your motor mounts, if you use a 700r4, you should be able to use a yj tranny mount.
wiring and cooling and whatnot is pretty much universal to any v8 swap.
you can fit a 401 in the engine bay if you want.

I was thinking dana 300 sbc350 th350 and as big a rad that will fit(do to xjs cooling problems). Anything else im missing?
