Need 2 of the little spacers for an AK trigger group. It goes between the disconnector and trigger itself. You can kinda see it in this picture...

I took the pin to the hardware store and found some steel spacers.

Why aren't you using a US disconnector?

That is the "US" trigger group you sent me :flipoff2: I had to use the spacer from the old group. I need a couple more for other things...

I figued as much Doc, and I planned that, just was hoping for the easy solution of someone saying I GOT EM, on their way

Hell, at least he didn't call it a "shear" like I see posted all over the web.

Uhm I thought it was a disconnector?

I sent you that? Seriously?
I just went out and double checked again. All of the kits I have here have full width disconnectors

.22 LR case cut to length works perfectly. You can also use these if your Tapco sleave comes up missing.

so..... how do you load the mag? take out the bolt every time you want to put rounds in?

I'm thinking he carries the appropriate allen wrench with him to remove the bolt and actuate the mag catch.

IIRC homo-ghey-ifornia law states that the magazine cannot be detachable WITHOUT using some sort of tool. Say, perhaps, a 5mm allen wrench? ;)

Although pulling the bolt and slamming a stripper clip in there might actually be faster.

I have "heard" of people pulling the lock, and just loading mags while shooting, then replacing the lock for transport, but I would never take such a risk. Top loading always for me ;)
