any 80's chevy should have the adapter. the ones for the 208/241 should be the same, unless you are trying to run a drivers drop, in that case my might need one from a drivers drop application like 88+ IFS trucks.

got one out back. waiting for my th400 to die, so I can put a 241 case behind a th350.
