Phoenix members- PLEASE help!!!

Please Help!!
I'm in So. CA, and need a favor from Pirate members in the Phoenix area....
I'm trying to find out if "Prestige High Performance Engines" is still in business?

As some of you may know, I've been workin on this FJ80 swapping in a 383 stroker engine.In Dec. 2007, I bought a 383 crate engine from Prestige High Performance Engines in Phoenix, Az.

In Jan., 2008 I got a phone call from one of their reps. named Donovan going over prices even though I paid for the engine in full. I explained to him that the engine was already paid for, including shipping charges and I asked him why we were going over figures. He explained to me the file was just given to him and will get back to me when they have more info.

Its been a month and I've heard nothing since..
They have my money ($4400) and my engine, and won't answer their phone or return any of my messages.
I've left voicemail, lots of emails and even a few faxes.

I'm trying to find out if Prestige is still in business?
I'm hoping to find a Pirate member that might know Will Carson, or could drive by this shop for me?
..and someone mentioned its a junkyard, if possible, I'd love to see some pictures of the facility.

The address I have is: 2024 N. 27th Ave. Phoenix, Az 85009
(just east of I-17 and north I-10)

It looks like this one address has several different business names.??

Prestige gave me 5 different numbers..

If anyone has additional information on Will Carson or any of these businesses, I would really appreciate the help.
If anyone has had a similar experience, I'm not sure what my options are or what I should do next?
...wait? ...Private Investigator? ...Lawyer? ...

I did a quick check on google maps, i'm usually not in that part of town, way across in gilbert. but it seems to be a shop/junkyard. There number seems to be the 233-3314 and its called Prestige Auto&Machine http://maps.google.com/maps?ie=UTF-8&hl=en&tab=wl

I think they are still there. I bought an engine from them a year ago and had no problems. There # that I have is 602-793-8595. The address you have is correct. I think there is a junkyard next door. The office is at the end of a shopping center. Not sure when I will be down that way but I will check if I am. Will is a good guy. He made sure I got everything and even gave me a better carb at no extra charge.

Que Honda, thanks for checkin for me. I did more research and it looks like Prestige High Performance Engines uses Prestige Auto & Machine to do their engine builds. PHPE is just a 2 man front business...I called Prestige Auto & Machine and talked to Juan, the main guy that runs the machine shop. He said he hasnt heard from Will for a month and that he's had several people call him and ask wbout their engines!!! He has no idea whats goin on over at PHPE. All I know is that I'm out of $4400 and/or an engine...This really sucks.

Toy, I'm glad you got your stuff!!! Will really sounded like a stand up guy. I hope and pray this guy can man up and come to his senses. I'm willing to work with him...

Hey J-Roc, my name is Dustin and I'm from Alberta Canada. In Nov. I bought an engine form William Carson, engine order number 3798 and I stiil dont have an engine and I'm unable to get in touch with anyone there. I lost almost $7000.00. I have talked to lots of other people and they have also got ripped off. Check out "www.camaros.net" and you'll see what i'm talking about. I joined that site to find other people who got ripped off, so we can do something to get back our money! I found Wills house number and called him there, he answered once and told me he just got back and he would call me back when he talked to his people. All he did was change his home phone number. Did you get an order number?
