Painless Wiring might be a good place to start. Or you could just rewire yourself, it isn't all that hard.

I will guess it is for a k10, I have bought a couple over the years from my local wrecking yard. he gets a lot of chevy pick-ups in and I just find a good harness 20-25 bucks.

Painless wiring does have them, but you are going to pay for it. depending on your year,

finding the right one in a yard is a pain somtimes. once I had to change the wire location on one. they just pop out and swap them to match your setup. worked for me at the time. now i have wired it myself and that way you just run the circuits that you need.
