I remember seeing some Mog axles that were much smaller. Like they'd fit a Samurai well. Does anybody have more info? Width, gear ratio, strength? Thanks.

Do a little searching for the 401, 411 and 421 models.

I recently sold my 1955 unimog 401, the axles were the same as a 404, except they have shorter torque tubes and the housings are narrower. With 10.5" wide tires on, the outside tire to tire measurement was 65" wide.
