My friends all run built toyota's. 38" tires etc. Can a TJ be built to keep up with them and still be streetable. I do like the looks of the TJ.

Define "streetable". Are we talking DD? X-way driving?

The Toy's just have a longer WB then the TJ. So the lines of a Toy vs a TJ are different on the trail. there will be times when you walk around something that they have to go over to continue. Its two different worlds. Be the odd ball in your group, get the TJ.

It seems the best groups to wheel with, are the melting pot of groups. We have more fun then the "TJ" groups/ "XJ" groups/ "Toy" groups.

I have seen "Discrimination" amongst Jeeps as well!! It rarely happens but I've seen it.

So don't be scared, get it and have fun

Watch Extreme4x4 on the weekends. They are building a TJ right now for exactly this. Ian is a member on here too. Search for posts by him.
