i finally got my axle up under my Z71 yesterday. with the 33s on it,my chin touches the hood and im 6ft 2in.so i cant imagine how big it will be with the 39.5 boggers.i knew that i was going to have a front driveshaft angle problem from the get go. but beleive it or not,,i took the IFS driveshaft,,took the retainer off the slip yolk,,and it fits perfectly. i dont have to run a cv now. i have a great driveshaft angle. i cant beleive it. now i just need to get my steering figured out and ill be going good.

better check that driveshaft with the suspension at full droop. Sounds like you have it fully extended when it is sitting still so it may come apart at full droop.
