i have a 96 chev with a 10 bolt with a posi of some sort i believe a gov lok but anyways can you make them tighter as far as gripping power any help is needed thanks guys:D

I have one in the back of my ZR2 and my friend's dad somehow tightened or adjusted the clutch packs in mine at one time. Not sure how he did it though, but I know it can be done.

If it has clutch packs it probably uses springs for pressure. I think I've heard of driveline shops putting in "Stronger" springs to increase the clutch pressure. I think this would make them wear quicker, but grip better.

Maybe PM Gearman, he might know.
