silver streak 02-28-2008, 11:09 AM We started out in 8th and I heard we were running in seventh until we blew our right front tire. We lost a hour or so trying to get ahold of our pit crew which was waiting at the next check point. We also had a fuel shortage towards the last section. We managed to finish 19th. I was so impressed with the way they put the whole thing together. Thanks to Jeff and Dave and all the volunteers on hand. One of the best experiences I've ever had! And the Rover Buggy was a beast.
