How long is too long was going to go the length on front driveline . anyone cut and turn their own ttbeams .Saw a thing on Ebay once where you get a new end and weld on your beams

I don't have a measurement for you, but your goal should be to keep all the pivot points (including steering) on the same plane. The length of the driveshaft is irrelevant.
