Not Pervious, nor Impervious (as in, you can't harm it/breach it) We realize you're from Canadia, and that their English is a little different from ours, but I think the rules are still basically the same. Good grammer is a VERY valuable skill in the work-place. Employers like to be able to communicate with their employees and clients, and vice-versa.
