Hobie you remember the trail "Dozer" that you took the left side waterfall line that everybody else went the right side on in this pic?

I decided to come back down after making up fairly easy. I had Chris, a local, riding passenger and we were chatting and not paying attention when the front end slid off to one side and we pitched over and down hill on the drivers side. ALMOST drove out of it. I need to fix the front case shifter. A lot of gear oil comes out if it sits upside down for a few minutes. I'll post a pic later.

Your rig did good. The tires are getting really worn but they stilll work ok just not so good on the muddy rocks. have to time your bump-up just right.

Doug is fun to ride with. He's fairly quiet but is definitely not afraid of the skinny pedal!

1.75"x.120" wall DOM.

I had the nut come loose on the front output flange on the t-case and the flange fell off with the front driveshaft still attached on Saturday. Puked gear oil all over the place. Never had that happen before. Made me think I need to check EVERY bolt and nut on the rig after the beating it took at KOH.

Chris-enjoyed having you hang out with us.

That was the most casual flop particularly considering where it was that I have ever had!:laughing:

You got me thinking about Clayton, OK this summer. We will definitely be making that trip!

No kidding! I puckerd up pretty good when we starded over. That could have been a long roll to the bottom. Considering we were only wearing lap belts, we go lucky!

Oh I was thinking about it and I think that we sould plan on late summer for Oklahoma. that way maybe I will have my yota together by then.... enless you want me to show you up with a Jeep.:flipoff2:

John why are you selling you front axle.... upgrading to TG's new front housing?

John why are you selling you front axle.... upgrading to TG's new front housing?

I already have the Trail Gear housing for the rear and am building it up with an ARB. While i'm at it I want to go with a HP ARB in the front so instead of unbuiling this axle as the cutout for the E-locker is fairly permanent I thought I would just build up another axle with my 6 stud TG knuckles and an ARB then when the TG front housing becomes available all I have to do is swap over all the parts. This sale will also generate some funds for the current rebuild of the rig before the comps start up.

Find a buyer and i'll give you a little "bird dog" $$$.
