Guys name is Dustin Penny. long story short, we had problems with my check getting to him due to po box, weather and a ups goof, but I was told my IFS box for my toyota would ship on 2/22/08. As of today I have heard nothing and have sent 4 emails and nothing has happened. You got my $65 so please ship my box or mail me $65. I have been very understanding, but you have to consider that I sent this check on 2/7/08 and nothing has happened yet. Your $65 was delivered on 2/14/08.

I have gotten emails in the past from Cathie Swims regarding this transaction. Everything seems legit except that my IFS box has not arrived and I'm getting no response to my emails.

UPS delivered the check to 312 N Rodney Street in Chaffe MO 63740 (his old address) His family lives there from what he said and the # listed is not a working #...Imagine that!

meatloaf your money is on the way, somehow I goofed on the address and the item got sent back to me, it was damaged anyway so I filed an insurance claim, just got the check and dropped it in the mail sunday, although we are getting heavy flooding around here so who knows whats going on with mail.

ocjeepins steering box was not my fault, he sent me a money order to my PO Box via UPS, everybody knows that fed ex and UPS cant deliver to the post office. somehow UPS decided to send it to my old address in which I havent lived for 5-6 years. luckily the people that live there now contacted me and I finally drove 35 miles to pick up his money order, by then he had waited a while, so I sent him his steering box and a refund, so Im out my steering box, shipping money and a full refund just so he wouldnt start making bad seller claims, which he did anyway.

I will say that part em out MADE THIS DEAL RIGHT. The address I gave him was my work address and we moved during this long transaction. Once again, he did make this right and I appreciate it. I luckily caught the steering box and had Fed Ex send to my new address.

Thank you for making this right. There were a couple of factors in this transaction and I have to take the blame for the pobox/UPS thing. I honestly did not know ups would not deliver a envelope to a po box. Done and made right!
