OK...I've owned one dirtbike a Kaw KDX200 and I only had it for a couple months before I had to sell it (in school at the time and got it for a summer to ride around)

So here's the deal:

Never Raced, Top end rebuilt 2 years ago and used once afterwards then stored in heated garage.
Boyesen Rad valve w/Pro series reeds
Boyesen Super Float bowl
New Mikuni carb
FMF Gold Series Fatty Pipe
FMF Turbine Core II Silencer
Renthal handle bars
Renthal Sprokets
RK non-o-ring chain
Moose rear and front chainguides
Uni Filter airfilter
Moose aluminum skid plate
Pipe skid plate
New tires (one dirt front, one dirt rear, and one sand paddle tire)
Frame covers
HJC CL-X3 Helmet
AXO RC-3 boots size 11

Given that and the fact the guy is asking $2,000 I offered up a Sony 53" Big screen projection TV in trade.

I checked ebay and the TVs are going for under $700 and this one is an old one (5 years old)

Obviously I don't follow dirtbikes or I would know if a Suzuki is good or bad, but given the fact that he's willing to trade it for a TV I'm trying to sell makes it a good deal for me..

So...whatcha think?

I think you should get it and then GET IT! It looks like a good bike to me. How's it run? HAve you ridden it yet?

Aren't you moving to southern Cal in a while? If so you'll be all set up for Pismo dunes! :smokin:

Good luck.

Later.

Thanks for the reply! Yes I'll be moving to SoCal in August and I can't wait!

I haven't rode it yet but the guy is 10 mins away and is in my local 4x club.

I'd much rather have a dirtbike anyway!

What should I look for or listen for when I go take it for a spin?

Thanks!

This would be a straight trade for a big screen TV...I've been looking for a dirtbike for a while and I also want to upgrade my TV so this would be perfect.

The TVs have been going for about $550-700 on ebay...

Did you check out the picture? It looks pretty trick..
