I have a 6K 78 Bronco that is getting a D60 front. Keeping the stock coil set-up but ditching the radius arms. Do you think 3/4" molly rod ends are strong enough for a 4-link front, or do they need to be bigger? Also, I would appreciate opinions on tubing sizes for the 4-link. Thanks

Hey man,

3/4" rod ends should be fine. I use 3/4-3/4" rod ends with a reducer sleave and use a 5/8" bolt. That way you get more misalignment.

I used 1.5" OD, .250" wall thickness. It worked well.
